Refund and Cancellations Policy

At Axosocial, we strive to provide the best services in social media management, ad campaign setup, email marketing, website design, and content creation. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to request a refund or cancel a project. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Full Refunds:

    • If the project has not yet started, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
    • A 100% refund is available within 7 days of starting the project.
  2. Partial Refunds:

    • Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis after 7 days of starting the project.
    • Please note that ad campaign setup and website design services are non-refundable.
    • Once a social media strategy has been designed, a fee of 25% of the total project amount will be charged. (Even if it’s within the 7 days of starting the project)

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing you with the best content and results. However, if you are not satisfied and decide to switch within the timeframe of the project, we will provide you with all the raw files related to your project. This includes drafts, designs, and any other materials created up to that point.

Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Include your project details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond promptly.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 10 working days and will be credited to your original method of payment.

No Additional Fees

There are no fees associated with processing refunds. The amount eligible for refund will be returned in full as per the above guidelines.
