About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, business-minded individual with a keen interest in marketing, branding, and AI-led growth. The role will focus on LinkedIn account management — managing both personal and company profiles, crafting sharp content, and building genuine client connections through outreach.
Must Have Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in personal branding, LinkedIn management, copywriting, or ghostwriting
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva or similar) for creating LinkedIn creatives
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Understanding of LinkedIn content trends, engagement formats, and post structuring
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in lead generation or LinkedIn client outreach via tailored DMs
Experience managing and growing personal or company LinkedIn profiles with consistent, high-quality content
Ability to research trends and ideate content strategies that drive visibility and engagement
Basic design sense for creating clean, scroll-stopping visuals
Strong grasp of copywriting for professional and persuasive posts
Familiarity with marketing tools, CRMs, or AI-based platforms (ChatGPT, Gohighlevel, etc.)
Proactive mindset with curiosity for business growth, digital marketing, and AI tools
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
