7. Liability and Indemnification

- Clients agree to indemnify and hold Axosocial harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the services provided by Axosocial, except to the extent caused by Axosocial’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Dispute Resolution
